Where your coffee spend goes
Every order contributes to something larger.
Birch Bark created the Birch Bark Foundation Fund at the Ottawa Community Foundation, supporting seven Indigenous-serving organizations across Canada. The Foundation handles the administration, the distributions, and the annual reporting, so the giving runs on its own schedule and its own records.
Up to five percent of net income goes into the Fund each year.
Partners may also choose to match Birch Bark's annual contribution. Matching is voluntary and scaled to what your organization is able to do.

Our programs
Office Coffee Service brings a regular supply of ground or whole bean coffee to your office, boardroom, or break room. We work with your team to find the right blend, grind, and delivery schedule that fits your operation.
Portion Pack Program offers pre-measured single-serve packs for drip machines. Consistent and ideal for high-volume environments where quality and speed both matter.
Institutional Supply is available for universities, colleges, hospitals, and government facilities, with bulk pricing, custom invoicing, and procurement documentation to support your purchasing process.
How wholesale works
Minimum order: $300
Formats: 12 oz bags, 2 lb bags, and portion packs
Pricing: Volume based and quoted by account. Tell us your sizes and how much you go through, and we will send you a price list.
Shipping: Quoted separately, based on where you are and how much you order.
Payment: Credit card, EFT, or e-transfer. Payment in full before shipping.
Turnaround: Two to four business days from order to ship.
