How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your shipping location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through trusted logistics partners using Canada Post and courier services. While delivery timelines may vary by region, we make every effort to process orders efficiently and ship using the most cost-effective option available.

If you have a special event or time-sensitive order, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.

Free shipping is available for most locations in Canada on orders over $59.
For remote locations, free shipping applies to orders over $100.

Shipping thresholds and availability may vary based on location and carrier access.


Can I pick up my order locally in Ottawa?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or courier services to ensure consistent handling, tracking, and reliable delivery.


Where do you ship?
We ship orders throughout Canada, North America, and to select international destinations, subject to carrier availability and regulatory requirements.


Shipping to the United States & Tariffs
Due to evolving cross-border trade requirements, tariffs, and carrier restrictions, shipping to the United States may be limited or subject to additional fees, delays, or import charges beyond our control.

U.S. shipping availability may vary depending on destination, order value, and carrier policies. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout unless otherwise stated.

To ensure consistent service and avoid unexpected charges, some orders may be restricted to Canadian destinations only. We continue to monitor cross-border shipping conditions and will update our policies as circumstances change.

Can I buy Birch Bark Coffee in a store?
Yes.

Birch Bark Coffee is available at a growing number of retail and foodservice locations across Canada. As interest in supporting Indigenous-owned businesses continues to grow, so does our retail presence.
