Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
Saturday – Sunday: Closed

At Birch Bark Coffee Company (BBCC), we’ve built our business as an e-commerce brand through Shopify, staying true to our roots while reaching coffee lovers across Canada. While we don’t own a brick-and-mortar store, our coffee can be found in retail locations nationwide and online through our website and trusted partners. This approach allows us to focus on what truly matters: delivering high-quality, Certified Organic, Fairtrade coffee while supporting Indigenous communities through the Birch Bark Foundation Fund.

Even though we don’t have a physical storefront, our connection with you—our customers—is at the heart of everything we do. Customer service is a top priority.
